The vacuum operates just like a lint brush on wheels due to the special pet hair lifter feature found underneath. The lifter gathers animal hair as the vacuum is pulled back during normal vacuuming. Once it's moved forward, the lifter releases the accumulated hair to be quickly sucked into the vacuum.
